When Can I Expect To Receive My Shipment?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 2-4 business days (handling time) of their placement. The shipment will arrive between 7 and 14 business days (transit time) after the shipment date, depending on the carrier provider's availability and location.

During public holidays and busy periods, please allow extra time for your order to be processed. Customs and the Postal Service may also require additional time to process and deliver packages during peak season or before major holidays (e.g., Christmas, New Year's, and Valentine's Day).

How Do I Track My Order?

In your Shipping Confirmation email, you will be provided a tracking number. You can track your order using the number at www.17track.net or through our Track Order Page.

After your order has been shipped, your tracking number will be updated within 3-5 business days. If you have not received a tracking number after 7 business days, please contact us at support@goupick.com.

Which Countries Do You Ship To?

We currently ship to the following countries: the United Kingdom, the Eurozone, Switzerland, the United States, Canada, and Australia.If your country is not listed, please contact us at support@goupick.com to see if we can deliver to your address.

When I Placed My Order, I Made A Mistake. Can I Make A Change?

We provide 24-hours to change your order; once an order is submitted, we are unable to change it.

Can I Deliver To An Address Other Than The Billing Address On My Credit Card?

Yes, it is possible. 

How Is My Order Shipped? 

Orders are processed and shipped on regular business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

How Much Do You Charge For Shipping?

Free shipping on orders over $49

1.All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer as Goupick does not collect these prior to shipment. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on packages coming outside of your country.

2.Due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19 and global supply chain disruptions, your order may be delayed by up to 3-7 days. Though some things are out of our control, we are doing everything to ensure a speedy delivery!

3.We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or air and ground transportation strikes.

 4.Certain products may arrive in separate packages because we ship them from warehouses closest to your shipping address.

 5.Delivery delays will not be eligible for a refund or chargeback.
