If you placed your order but didn’t get an email confirmation that the order was placed, don't worry! You may still have an order, you'll just want to try the following to double check.Check your spam folder. Our email confirmations can sometimes end up in there.Check your bank account to make sure that there is a transaction from GOUPICK. If you still can't find any confirmation that your order was placed, definitely Contact Us with your full name, email, phone number, and the address you gave at checkout so we can try to locate it.
We currently only accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, American Express and PayPal payments. However, other payment methods will be added soon.
When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
Since our website and service are based on English, all the information that you typed in is required to be English input method, including punctuations. If certain letters of your address contain Non-English letters, you are advised to use the similar English ones instead. For example, you may change the letter '?' to 'c'.
We provide 24-hours to change your order details .Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vocational address as we do not know how long the destination's customs department will have the package on hold.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 2-4 business days of their placement.
