Return & Refund

You have 30 days from the date you received your order to return it for a refund or exchange. We would gladly accept new, unused, unwashed, and unaltered items within this time limit if they are returned in their original packaging. The refund will be issued within 7 to 14 business days after it has been received and approved. You will be notified via email once the reimbursement has been processed.

CANCELLATIONS

If you decide to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us through email within 24 hours of placing your order. If the item has already been processed and dispatched, we cannot always guarantee a cancellation, but you can arrange for a return once you receive it. 

EXCHANGES

We will gladly replace anything that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly dispatched. If you need to exchange it for another item or if it doesn't fit, you can do so within 30 days; however, return fees are not reimbursed, and things must be returned unused and in their original packing. Please contact us at support@goupick.com to discuss your exchange requirements. 

RETURNS/REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

1.ACCEPTED RETURNS

Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item so that we can investigate and resolve the issue. 

If an item arrives in one of the following conditions, we will take all steps to provide a refund or exchange:

  • The product size/color received is incorrect.
  • The product arrives defective.
  • The product arrives broken.
  • The product design differs from the one you requested.
  • The product material is different from the one you ordered.
  • The product differs from how it was originally described.

 Please Note :

that all returns must be in their original condition and packaged intact.

The product must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received.

Any original packaging and accessories (including all warranty cards and product manuals/instructions) must be included with the product.

 2.REJECTED RETURNS

The following items cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded:

  • If the return/refund is requested after the 30-day period.
  • The item(s) have been worn or washed,
  • The item(s) have been altered in any way,
  • The customized product.
  • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse or any reason.
  • It is a Personal care appliances (due to hygiene issues).
  • Products that have already been used or installed.
  • Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged.
  • Personalized/engraved items.

Goupick is not liable for any lost or stolen returned items. We recommend using a shipping method that includes evidence of delivery or a tracking number.

 3.RETURN/REFUND PROCESS

If the buyer fits the requirements, send us an email with a refund or return request, as well as proof of damage/defective item (picture or video) and proof of purchase.

 Step 1: Please contact our customer service representatives at support@goupick.com to obtain a return authorization and instructions.

 Step 2: After receiving your email we will send the refund/return instructions back to you via email.Please follow the instructions and do not return the purchased item unless prior authorization has been obtained.

 Step 3: We will inform you once we have received and inspected your return and will let you know whether or not the refund was approved. If you are approved, your original payment method will be instantly refunded. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.

 WHO IS IN CHARGE OF THE SHIPPING COSTS

If the product is unusable due to our error (such as size, improper damage, or quality issues), we will bear the shipping costs for replacement and rescheduling of the returned product as well as the return; however, if you purchased the product by mistake or error, you will be responsible for the shipment for both the original shipping and the return.

 IMPORTANT INFORMATION

If you have not received your refund, please double-check your bank account or contact your credit card company; an official refund may take some time to be issued.
